Skillsoft is hiring an Equity Plan Administrator to administer global equity plans and awards, including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options, from grant setup through vesting, exercise, forfeiture, and termination. The role maintains equity data, coordinates payroll and tax reporting, supports public-company filings and Section 16 tracking, executes SOX controls, manages external vendor relationships, and monitors regulatory developments. Candidates need at least 8 years of stock plan administration experience, equity administration platform experience, advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills, and knowledge of equity compensation, payroll, tax, securities-law compliance, and SOX controls. The target base salary is $125,000–$135,000 annualized, with medical, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits.
