Description
BTIG is hiring an Associate to support its Equity Research team in the Consumer Staples space. The role involves preparing financial models, conducting primary research and due diligence, monitoring news, assisting with research reports and coverage initiations, and developing relationships with company management, industry contacts, sales and trading personnel, and institutional investors. The position requires strong financial modeling, communication, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills; an MBA or master's degree is welcome but not required, while 2–4 years of investment banking or equity research experience is preferred. The estimated base salary is $110,000 to $150,000 per year, with possible discretionary bonus or overtime compensation.
