Dnata is hiring an Employee Relations Partner to manage a substantial caseload of employee relations issues, advise on HR policies and procedures, coach line managers, ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards, maintain case records, and resolve complex and sensitive cases. The role requires experience in employee relations or HR generalist work, strong knowledge of UK employment law, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to travel to different UK-based sites.
