Description
The Emergency Room Technician delivers patient care and performs clinical procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Provider. Responsibilities include observing patients, gathering data, responding to emergencies, assisting with patient transport and transfers, maintaining equipment and supplies, following safety and risk-management standards, and supporting clerical and communication tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent plus completion of an EMT, Medical Assistant, or Certified Nursing Assistant program, along with current Washington State CNA, EMT or Paramedic, MA-Certified, or healthcare provider BLS credentials; previous healthcare experience is preferred.
