Ericsson Principal RNO Consultant at P.I. Works

P.I. Works is hiring an Ericsson Principal RNO Consultant for an onsite or remote role in the Africa region. The role focuses on 2G/3G/4G/5G radio network optimization, KPI analysis, root-cause and parameter troubleshooting, coverage and capacity optimization, LTE/VoLTE and SRVCC tuning, drive-test and trace analysis, and preparation of technical reports and guidelines. Candidates need a relevant engineering diploma, at least eight years of RAN design and optimization experience, recent LTE/VoLTE/5G optimization experience, Ericsson RAN experience, and strong customer and project-handling skills.
