Description
AMA Consulting, LLC is seeking an Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and optimization of a commercial off-the-shelf electronic records management system for a Federal modernization initiative. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 integration, records lifecycle and retention architecture, data migration, workflow and security configuration, and compliance with NARA, Capstone, General Records Schedules, and DoD 5015.2 requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of enterprise ERMS experience, Microsoft 365 integration experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
