Description
The Emergency Response Operations (ERO) Lab Assistant provides active support to instructors for Fire Services courses on a term-by-term basis. The role assists with course materials, supplemental teaching, student assessment, and diverse learning experiences; sets up, maintains, inventories, and organizes laboratory equipment and training materials; and maintains records. It is primarily classroom-based with occasional field visits, may require evening or weekend hours, and is part-time at up to 20 hours per week. The position requires DPSST certification in the subject area and licensure when operating equipment, with a degree, Canvas experience, and community college experience preferred.
