The role manages and develops ERP and IT applications in collaboration with business departments, provides first- and second-level user support, conducts system tests, creates documentation, runs user training, implements requirements, maintains system interfaces, manages users and permissions, and supports areas such as SAP, EDI/B2B communication, data analysis, IT project management, or system integration. Candidates should have vocational IT training or a degree in informatics, initial ERP or application-support experience, relevant technical knowledge, strong German and English skills, and a structured, customer-oriented working style.
