Rossmann is hiring an ERP Application Support Specialist to own the stable operation of its online shop applications, manage ITIL-based application support, collaborate with business and IT teams, analyze root causes, optimize cloud and ERP performance and security, manage external service providers, and develop disaster recovery and business continuity concepts. The role requires several years of application service management or complex IT application experience, ERP and cloud experience, international collaboration, German and English communication skills, and offers a 37.5-hour workweek with 50% mobile working.
