Lockheed Martin is hiring an ERP Business Analyst Manager to oversee the 1LMX build and delivery of systems, tools, and processes for Capital and Overhead projects, Asset Accounting, and Property Management. The role leads a large enterprise team, partners with functional and technical product teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership, and manages requirements, training, testing, compliance, user experience, and agile ceremonies across SAP, Oracle EPM, and Cognitus. The position also directs subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition or disciplinary actions, and requires travel as needed.
