Description

The Business Systems Analyst II supports assigned enterprise applications by translating business needs into requirements, resolving incidents, assisting with configuration and testing, communicating with customers, and participating in implementation and post-go-live activities. The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of business systems or application support experience, and extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise across manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse operations, including master planning, production control, inventory management, and warehouse management.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent demonstrated experience may be considered.
Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of experience in business systems, application support, business analysis, or related IT roles
Extensive experience supporting and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and warehouse operations
Experience working directly within manufacturing, planning, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations
Preferred Qualifications: General knowledge of database development and management, preferably Microsoft SQL
