Description
The role advises and supports existing and new customers on industry-specific business-process mapping, development, optimization, and regulatory compliance; introduces, configures, optimizes, and supports ERP implementations and upgrades; manages documentation, user training, go-live and hypercare, cross-functional interfaces, and change requests; and supports sales by identifying ERP expansion opportunities. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, production or supply-chain experience, ERP project experience, strong German, and knowledge of Java, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
