Description
The role analyzes and organizes clients’ business processes, creates functional specifications and requirements, leads workshops and user training, serves as the primary client contact, and configures and parameterizes ERP software. It also involves planning work, developing process and programming concepts with the development department, and supporting clients during the maintenance phase. The position requires IT, business, or process-oriented training, ERP consulting or key-user experience, strong communication and organizational skills, fluent German, and willingness to travel.
