Description
The Program Director will manage complex, often global technology implementation programs containing multiple sub-projects and technology components. The role leads cross-functional onshore and offshore project teams through scoping, requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment; controls cost, time, quality, budget, and project plans; manages stakeholder expectations; and supports sales opportunities and scope changes. The position requires extensive program management and consulting experience, leadership of full-lifecycle implementations, global implementation experience, and familiarity with major enterprise technologies and project management methodologies. Remote work is approved with periodic on-site or customer-facing work, and travel may be required up to 50%.
