Globe is hiring an ERP Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Warehousing, and Operations. The role translates business requirements into scalable, integrated architectures; leads FIT/GAP analysis, integration governance, solution quality, and transformation delivery; and provides architectural leadership and stakeholder management. Candidates need 5–7 years of ERP implementation and enterprise application experience, at least 5 years in ERP solution architecture, large-scale ERP transformation experience, SAP expertise, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. The position uses a hybrid work setup.
