Description
The SYSPRO ERP Functional Consultant provides functional and technical support for the organization’s SYSPRO ERP system and related business applications. The role analyzes business processes, troubleshoots system issues, configures ERP functionality, develops reports and dashboards, supports testing and deployments, coordinates with vendors and IT, and trains users. It is an on-site position requiring regular physical presence at OCC facilities, with occasional remote work possibly approved. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and two to four years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, ERP systems, manufacturing systems, or other complex business software.
