Description

Oracle is hiring a Lead Solution Engineer for its Healthcare & Life Sciences Pre-Sales Centre of Excellence, based in the Netherlands and supporting customers across Europe. The role leads complex opportunities, partners with Sales, presents Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX solutions, advises customers, and contributes to solution strategy and pipeline growth. It requires at least 12 years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, enterprise cloud application expertise, multi-pillar solution leadership, and fluency in English and a European language, with a hybrid work arrangement and regional travel.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 12 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role
Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programs, ideally within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers
Advanced hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance, HCM, or SCM, or comparable cloud solutions
Experience leading multi-pillar solutions combining ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and/or CX
Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms
Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Finance Applications with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions
Fluency in English and a European language
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in the Health Insurance industry
A master’s degree or equivalent experience
