Clean Harbors is hiring a Program Manager to report to the Director of Program Management and lead a team of 4–6 Project Managers and Project Specialists. The role manages emergency spill-response projects, oversees safety and quality, ensures regulatory closure, reviews project reports and deliverables, develops SOPs, coordinates new contracts, supports sales and customer expectations, and resolves invoicing, pickup, and scheduling issues. The position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, 5–7 years of experience, field experience, and strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. The stated pay range is $87,000–$110,000 with a potential 15% operational bonus.
