BCG is hiring a Process Excellence Director to serve as Enterprise Services' process excellence expert, defining standards, coaching teams, and leading complex process redesign and transformation initiatives across multiple service lines. The role combines analytical thinking, structured problem solving, data analytics, and practical execution to improve processes while partnering with business, technology, product, and senior leadership teams. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with an expected in-office or client-facing arrangement of approximately 50% of working time.
