The Escalation Agent assists United States auto insurance companies with vehicle-title procurement, title paperwork, and coordination with financial institutions and vehicle owners after a total loss. The role communicates primarily by email and outbound calls with sellers and insurance partners, requests process approvals, handles inquiries, and manages ongoing communication. It requires customer service, Microsoft proficiency, vehicle-title-document analysis, knowledge of state DMV and lien-holder procedures, multitasking, independent and team work, and occasional overtime.
