Description
JumpCloud is hiring a remote SaaS Software Engineer to troubleshoot customer-facing issues, develop an internal SaaS application, support Product and Engineering teams, manage incidents, monitor alerts, and participate in an on-call rotation. The role requires strong SQL, NoSQL, Java/Python/Go, logging, API, and SDK experience, along with English fluency; Mac, Linux, Windows, device management, Radius, and LDAP experience are preferred.
