Escrow and Payment Solutions Director at SRS Acquiom

SRS Acquiom is hiring an Escrow and Payment Solutions Director to own the client experience and coordinate payment, escrow, and pre-closing solicitation transactions from deal kickoff through closing and post-closing administration. The role serves as a relationship owner and subject-matter expert for attorneys, private equity professionals, and CFOs; coordinates Operations and Relationship Associates; negotiates agreements; manages KYC and document review; resolves transaction issues; and supports client visits and market research. The position is hybrid from the Denver office or fully remote from within the Continental United States, with a salary range of $120,000 to $155,000.
