Description
The Escrow Processor supports the closing representative by coordinating agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, lawyers, surveyors, and other parties; preparing, auditing, filing, and returning loan and title documents; reviewing purchase contracts; preparing closing statements; recording documentation; and sending checks after closing. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one to four years of escrow processing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
