WFG National Title Insurance Company is hiring a full-time Escrow Officer in Portland, Oregon. The role manages real estate escrow transactions from requirements determination and title clearance through document preparation, signing, recording, fund disbursement, and final closing statements. It requires knowledge of escrow law, RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank, CFPB rules, and ALTA Best Practices; strong customer service, communication, organization, mathematics, compliance, and multitasking skills; Microsoft Office and escrow production software experience; and five years of related experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a business or finance degree is preferred.
