Advantage Title is hiring an Escrow Officer to support the closing and settlement of real estate transactions. The role prepares settlement statements, verifies payments and wiring instructions, coordinates with internal wiring and disbursement teams, reviews closing documentation, maintains transaction records, and resolves funding or disbursement discrepancies. Candidates need at least two years of escrow or closing experience in the title, escrow, or real estate industry, along with strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and judgment. The position offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 and requires an on-site presence.
