The role handles real estate closing transactions, prepares closing documents and lender approvals, coordinates with internal teams and clients, supports business development and marketing, and maintains professional client relationships. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of direct Escrow Officer or closer experience, knowledge of the closing process, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and the ability to obtain an Escrow Officer License after onboarding.
