Description
The Escrow Officer manages real estate transactions from contract review through closing, verifying paperwork, titles, taxes, and loan funding while coordinating with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and government agencies. The role also builds relationships, markets the business, trains escrow assistants, audits work, and supports closing.
