Compass Integrated Services is hiring an Escrow Processing Supervisor to oversee a regional escrow processing team supporting title settlement operations in Colorado, Utah, and Missouri. The role leads daily workflow, delegates tasks, monitors production and performance, handles vendor and client issues, escalates matters to local business leaders, and supports training, recruitment, development, and performance management. It is a 100% remote position reporting to the National Escrow Processing Manager and requires experience in the closing, title, or real estate industry, at least two years of supervisory or people-management experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, Microsoft proficiency, and availability for core and extended business hours.
