Arc Broward is hiring a Preschool ESE Teacher to provide supervision, care, instruction, and positive engagement for children with developmental disabilities in a safe and healthy preschool environment. The role includes conducting assessments, developing performance summaries and goals, participating in individualized education program (IEP) teams, planning developmentally appropriate lessons, and leading classroom team training and mentoring. Candidates need an in-field Florida teacher’s certificate or letter of eligibility, experience teaching students with varying exceptionalities, a bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field, and successful completion of required screening. The position offers an annual salary of $56,000–$62,000 and begins by the start of the school year in August 2026.
