Candi is hiring an entry-level, full-time ESG Intern to support its Environmental, Social, and Governance team. The role involves collecting and interpreting ESG data, researching trends and regulations, benchmarking performance, contributing to ESG strategy, preparing reports and investor materials, supporting projects and events, and collaborating across finance, people, marketing, and asset management. Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's program in a relevant field, be analytically and communicatively strong, and have an interest in sustainability; prior ESG experience is preferred but not required.
