Description
The Engineering Support Group Lab Technician conducts mechanical and electrical testing in accordance with industry standards and test plans, prioritizes multiple projects, reviews test results, performs initial root-cause and failure analysis, collaborates with product engineers, and assists Test Lab Engineers with equipment maintenance, test-procedure setup, documentation, and training. The role requires prior product or process development technical experience, MS Office proficiency, a high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid/AED training; an associate degree in a technical field is a plus. The position is non-exempt and requires adherence to safety procedures involving chemicals, noise, and hazardous materials.
