RISE and Synacy are hiring an ESG Reporting Manager to design and lead the company’s ESG reporting framework from the ground up. Reporting to the CFO, the role will establish systems for tracking, verifying, consolidating, and reporting environmental, social, and governance performance; prepare quarterly and annual ESG reports; support ISO 14001 certification and audits; and communicate ESG progress to executives, regulators, investors, and other stakeholders. The position requires 7+ years of ESG, sustainability, or environmental and social performance experience, familiarity with major ESG frameworks, and experience with ISO 14001 audits and compliance. The role is open to candidates based outside the Philippines, with relocation planning support to Manila.
