Description
The part-time eShop Associate receives and checks online grocery and merchandise orders, assembles and inspects them, verifies pricing and product specifications, labels temperature-controlled items, and ensures orders are scanned and ready for customer pickup. The role also provides customer support by phone and email, clarifies customer requests, and may route questions to other departments. It requires working with grocery products, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
