Description
The Senior Process Engineer serves as a senior technical expert for biogas utilization projects, supporting project development, design, permitting, construction, operations, and process safety. The role leads process engineering deliverables such as PFDs, BFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, control philosophies, and HAZOP reviews; performs advanced thermodynamic and equipment-sizing calculations; supports contractor RFIs; and mentors junior and mid-level engineers. It is an in-person position based in Sisters, Oregon, or Denver, Colorado, with limited remote work possible and up to 20% travel required. The position requires 10+ years of engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, chemical process simulation proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
