ESIS is hiring an experienced Auto, General & Liability Claims Representative for its Overland Park, Kansas office. The role handles and maintains AGL claims and file reviews under general supervision, investigates and settles claims, obtains statements and damage appraisals, evaluates liability and policy obligations, prepares reports, sets reserves, and issues payments or denials. The position requires at least five years of claims-handling experience in Auto and General Liability, knowledge of coverages and applicable legal principles, account-management and negotiation skills, and the ability to obtain the required state adjuster license.
