Description
The SIU Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Chubb’s Special Investigations Unit, providing technical leadership in insurance fraud detection and cost containment across all lines of business. The role manages vendor relationships, regulatory and SIU best-practice compliance, quality and performance reporting, stakeholder communications, training, and revenue-generating opportunities. It requires strong analytical, reporting, claims-management, vendor-management, leadership, and communication skills, with 5–7 years of SIU or related insurance claims investigation experience preferred. The disclosed pay range is $85,800 to $123,200, with eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
