Description

Akin is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for its Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) team to evaluate, assess, and provide speech therapy to children ages 0–3 with communication, neuromuscular, developmental, feeding, cognitive, or hearing needs. The role collaborates with families, caregivers, Early Intervention staff, and other resources; develops individualized goals and treatment plans; maintains compliance documentation; and provides coaching and consultation. The position requires a Washington State-licensed master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, experience with children ages 0–3 and diverse populations, and completion of background, tuberculosis, CPR, first aid, AED, HIV, and bloodborne-pathogen requirements. The target starting pay is $95,000–$120,000 per year, with medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
