The YMCA Education & Training Center is hiring an ESOL Instructor and Advisor to teach adult learners English and life skills from September 2026 through May 2027. The role involves designing and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, providing academic and personal support, maintaining records, and communicating concerns to the Program Manager. It requires a bachelor's degree, TESOL/TEFL/TESL certification, Microsoft Office and Google Classroom proficiency, U.S. work authorization, and strong communication and classroom-management skills; bilingual ability is a plus.
