Description
The ESP Function Development and Testing Engineer will lead ESP software and hardware development across the full system lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, prototyping, integration testing, and release. The role collaborates with suppliers, feature owners, domain leads, hardware and validation teams, and addresses diagnostics, event logging, component selection, test planning, and documentation. Candidates need a master's degree in an engineering field, substantial ESP or chassis systems software and hardware experience at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier, automotive AUTOSAR and network communication knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
