The Especialista de Processos will lead the standardization of products, processes, and packaging at the Mogi Mirim unit, improve operational capacity and performance, manage strategic projects and changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and R&D. The role requires a completed engineering degree, experience in supply, process technology, R&D, quality, or manufacturing, knowledge of batching and milling, extrusion, and packaging, and intermediate English.
