Description
The Shift Workforce Coordinator provides frontline administrative and workforce support to employees and supervisors in a 24/7 manufacturing operation. The role handles employee access and account support, attendance and timekeeping administration, overtime and staffing coordination, employee communications, separation notifications, accommodation requests, temporary-employee onboarding, and escalation of workplace concerns. It requires a high school diploma or GED, offers an associate degree and three years of relevant manufacturing or workforce-administration experience as preferred, and involves shift work in both office and manufacturing environments.
