Description
This role focuses on leading and overseeing ESSHQ (Environmental, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality) efforts at the site. The individual will act as the primary liaison between the LR site and the regional ESSHQ organization, ensuring effective monitoring of process performance and KPIs. Key responsibilities include supporting various plant departments with ESSHQ-related queries, implementing lessons learned programs to enhance safety, and managing ESSHQ compliance risk identification and resolution. The role also involves transferring and implementing ESSHQ requirements from Evonik and BL Catalysts, serving as a functional expert resource.
