The AUTOMOB internship focuses on monitoring and improving dealership customer experience and operational processes. Responsibilities include tracking manufacturer reports, audits, customer satisfaction and NPS indicators, client feedback, quality meetings, training follow-up, inventory and third-party management, and supporting marketing and repair budgets. The role requires a university student in the first year of a relevant course, computer and Office skills, and residence in the Guarulhos region.
