Riverside Housing Association is seeking an Estate Services Operative to join their team in Millwall, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring communal spaces across various Riverside-owned properties. This includes performing cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, litter picking, and dog waste removal. The role also involves using power tools, conducting basic DIY tasks like painting and hole-filling, and reporting issues to management regarding health and safety concerns. Additionally, the operative will patrol sites, clear bulk waste, and manage bin skimming.
