Description
The LifeSpa Esthetician provides individualized skin and facial services, including facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and makeup application. The role also educates clients, discusses treatment options, maintains salon cleanliness, promotes products and services, and stays current with industry certifications and trends. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an esthetician license in the work state, numerical calculation ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; cosmetology and sales experience are preferred. Compensation is a base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage plus 20% to 55% incentive pay, with benefits including a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
