Description
The LifeSpa Esthetician provides individualized skin and facial services, including facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and makeup application. The role also educates clients, discusses treatment options, maintains salon cleanliness, promotes products and services, and stays current with industry certifications and trends. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an esthetician license in the work state, numerical calculation ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; cosmetology and sales experience are preferred. Compensation is commission-based at 35% to 70% depending on product and productivity, with weekly minimum pay at the applicable hourly minimum wage, plus Life Time benefits.
