Description
The Esthetician provides waxing and skincare services to guests, assesses skin, hair, and nail conditions, recommends care and home regimens, promotes spa and salon services, and sells retail products. The role also includes setting up treatment areas, cleaning and sterilizing tools, maintaining schedules, handling inappropriate guest behavior, reporting safety issues, completing required training, and maintaining current licensure. A valid state esthetician license is required, while a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least one year of related work experience are preferred.
