The Estimating Assistant will work with the Chief Estimator to prepare accurate financial and technical quotations for renovation projects. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requests, calculating materials, labor, equipment, and variant costs, entering data into the system, monitoring margins, and supporting tender and project-preparation activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field and experience in the renovation or construction sector, along with numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
