Path Construction is hiring an Estimating Coordinator to support its estimating team and manage the full bid process for public and private construction projects. The role coordinates bidding documents, project drawings, subcontractor invitations, RFIs, addenda, award or non-award communications, and related administrative tasks. Candidates should have an associate’s degree or higher, commercial construction knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and experience with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, I Square Foot, or similar tools. The position offers an annual salary of $50,000 to $80,000, a bonus plan, health and other insurance, retirement and paid-time benefits, and professional development support.
