The Estimator estimates projects, reviews drawings and specifications, develops project scope, performs material take-offs, identifies bid scope, determines quantities and scrap factors, resolves drawing and specification conflicts, and communicates with internal teams and customers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ERP Systems, and strong customer service and communication skills are preferred or required.
